If it’s your first visit to Costa Rica, a more general review of Costa Rica is recommended including the experience of visiting diverse geographic areas of the country to determine your preference of living, climate and community.

If you have already visited Costa Rica or have made the decision to move here, a more detailed nuts and bolts discovery is recommended for your retreat vacation where you will explore the practical questions associated with living in Costa Rica. This itinerary may include review of real estate options, meeting with a residency consultant, attending community events, review of schools and healthcare options, etc...

You will only work with the most reputable agents for services who have long-standing referrals with the international community.
